Questions

Good to know.

How much are tickets?

Nothing. Shows are free. The host council manages registrations, with free tickets allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration details will be listed with each confirmed show.

When are shows held?

On a Friday afternoon, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, with a 25-minute afternoon tea and coffee break. Doors open at 12:30pm.

Is it suitable for teenagers and kids?

The show is pitched at adults, but it’s clean, warm and family friendly. Teenagers will get plenty out of it, particularly Jemma’s session on sleep.

Is the venue accessible?

We work with each host council to choose accessible venues. Accessibility details will be listed with each confirmed show.

Is it actually funny?

Seriously. One of our speakers has fooled more than 1,200 conference audiences. Another worked as a stunt double in Police Academy 7. You’ll laugh.

What if a topic hits close to home?

Some of what we talk about is serious. Local support services will be available on the day, and we’ll share where to get help long after the show ends.
